Around 6 p.m. it gets very cool in the upper part. Around 7 p.m. you will be sent downstairs by the staff. Because of the cold above we are automatically forced down.

Pumpkin spice Latte was okay, it could have more whipped cream on top. New chocolate hazelnut Latte completly tasteless, i don't recommend. I didn't felt any hazelnut. Lemon cake good, banana bread so so. Both cakes unfortunately dry. Interior decorations dark and cold. Not really comfy.

I'm just here standing in the rain. Starbucks should be open for another hour. It's closed and I'm completely disappointed. It is now 9:10 pm and the shop is closed although the internet says it is open until 10:00 pm. That doesn't work at all if it should be available, then write it in the Internet that it has to.

This Starbucks is better than the other one in the area. it’s more bigger and cleaner the upper section is very bright and you can have a look outside as well on the road. Even during this Corona season it was functioning properly. The staff was friendly as well even I was not able to speak English. The coffee and the drinks were not that much great as usual Starbucks. But in the expensive part of the city, it's a nice place and cheaper. so you can come here for a break while exploring the city. I just work 5 minutes away from this location so even during my lunch break I often come and have some nice coffee because my office place doesn’t have that much great coffee. The only problem was that I want to sit on a table but it was written on the table it's reserved for someone. I don’t think so Starbucks do the table reservation. that part that part was annoying because I want to enjoy that view specifically from that table. I really appreciate this staff because First they give me only the coffee cup but I asked for the tray and the lady handed over the tray with a nice smile that that is rare in German restaurants.

At the moment Starbucks is having a large problem with their app in Germany but still they gave me a free birthday drink

Friendly staff, the decor looks chic and modern. My drink was as it should be. In contrast to other branches, it was very large and had a lot of space, which was very pleasant. Nevertheless, the whole thing is still Starbucks and therefore I cannot give it 5 stars.

A friendly team. There is currently only one toilet ... a bit uncomfortable ... always long lines. Otherwise a great café where I always go :)

I've been coming to this particular Starbucks for years and always loved it. It was the go-to study place for my girlfriend. But now, instead of a homy, welcoming atmosphere created with comfy armchairs, small barriers giving the guests a quiet and more enclosed experience, all that's left is a cold room with hard benches that don't make guests feel like staying for more than one drink! Still love the cappucino and chai latte. And the employees are very welcoming.

Always worth a visit for a good house blend coffee. Particularly tasty: Carrot Cake ;-)

Nice Starbucks store, friendly staff. On the upper floor there is a nice view over the Ku’damm😄. Unfortunately, there is a star deduction for the cleanliness of the tables and the toilet.

Great coffee, great atmosphere! A bit expensive but if you want good coffee then that's the way it is! Breakfast menu absolutely sufficient .. Delicious and hearty, fast and competent service!

Huge Starbucks with lots of seats. Very calm, perfect for chilling out or studying. You have peace and a nice view here!

Very big place. Good coffee and cheerful coffee master. The prices are too high. Before coming here you should think wether it is worth to give 7 euros for a cappucino with almond milk when you can get the same taste and the same quality in a smaller unknown coffee shop down the street for 3 and a half euros. Think about it.

Those were the days when I was drinking Starbucks coffee. After a long time, I thought go there again. Unfortunately, my decision at the time was no longer the right one to go here. I think that was my last time. Unfortunately. The second star for the nice service.

still not good

After renovation nice modern atmosphere with modern interior. The staff is friendly, my drink was well prepared. The café was clean when I visited. Minus point: During my visit, unfortunately only one toilet was available for everyone, with a long wait.

Cool place, nice staff, good drinks and all. Plenty of seats under normal circumstances. They even have an upstairs! But at all the times that I've been there, I've experienced that there aren't enough seats. Even after an hour, most of the same people are still sitting there.

One of the cozy & biggest start bucks in Berlin with lot of seating capacity. Staffs were nice and also in the prime location

Coffee is Awesome, Wifi is horrible especially for Business People a nogo (their main target group), the staff is friendly but unable cause the lack of payment and training by starbucks

Workers are super friendly and it’s a place to get work done.

Had a lebkuchen latte, was delicious. Great staff, especially Marco ;) He makes excellent lattes.

Sorry i'm far away from here to visit it dayly :)
